AI Job Risk Check is a product of Phronesis Labs, LLC. We want you to get value from your purchase. If you don't, we want to make it right.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund window with no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your AI Job Risk Score, Report, Profile, or Plan for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to justify the refund. You do not need to fill out a survey. You do not need to defend your decision. Just tell us you want a refund and we will process it.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@aijobriskcheck.com with:

• The email address you used to purchase
• The approximate date of your purchase

That is all we need. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process your refund within three to five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After 14 Days

After 14 days from your purchase date, refunds are at our discretion and not guaranteed. We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window for special circumstances (technical failures, billing errors, duplicate charges), but we are not obligated to grant them.

What Happens to Your Data After a Refund

If you request a refund, we treat that as a request to also delete your account and associated data, unless you tell us otherwise. Your Report, Profile, and Plan will be removed from our system within 30 days of the refund being processed.

If you would like to keep your data even after a refund (for your records), let us know in your refund request.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company or bank before contacting us, we may not be able to issue a refund through normal channels. Please email us first — we will almost always resolve the issue faster than a chargeback can.

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue AI Job Risk Check entirely, anyone who has paid within the previous 14 days will be eligible for a full refund. Customers who purchased before that period will receive notice and access to download their existing Reports.
