AI Job Risk Check is a product of Phronesis Labs, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By using AI Job Risk Check, you agree to these terms.

What You Get

When you pay $19.99, you receive:

• An AI Job Risk Score for your current role
• A Report explaining what AI can do now and on what timeline for your specific tasks
• A Profile mapping your job to standardized occupation data
• A Plan with concrete actions you can take to protect and advance your career

These are delivered through our website immediately after payment.

What This Service Is (And Isn't)

AI Job Risk Check is a research-informed career assessment tool. It uses publicly available occupational data and current research on AI capabilities to estimate how your specific job tasks may be affected by AI over time.

It is not professional career counseling, financial advice, or legal advice. It is not a guarantee of your job's future. It does not predict whether you personally will be laid off, promoted, or otherwise affected by AI in your specific workplace.

If you are making major career or financial decisions, we encourage you to consult a qualified career counselor, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.

Your Account

To use AI Job Risk Check, you provide an email address and pay $19.99. By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are using the service for yourself, not on behalf of someone else without their permission

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Payment

AI Job Risk Check costs $19.99 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no hidden fee. Payment is processed by Stripe.

If your payment fails or is reversed (chargeback, fraud claim, or similar), we may suspend your access until the matter is resolved.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your Report for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

When you use AI Job Risk Check, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
• Use automated tools to interact with our service in ways that disrupt it
• Resell, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Impersonate someone else when using the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our Content

The text, design, logos, methodology, and Reports generated by AI Job Risk Check are our intellectual property or that of our service providers. You may use your individual Report for your own personal career planning. You may not republish, resell, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the information you provide to us (your job title, description, and task ratings). We have a limited license to use that information solely to deliver the service you paid for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We try to keep AI Job Risk Check available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and offer a prorated refund to anyone who has paid in the last 14 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Job Risk Check and Phronesis Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost opportunities, or career outcomes that result from your use of our service.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to this service will not exceed the amount you paid for it ($19.99).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and email registered users before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Ending Your Relationship With Us

You can stop using AI Job Risk Check at any time. To delete your account and your data, see our Privacy Policy or email us.

We may terminate your access for violating these terms or for reasons described in our Refund Policy.
